Suniku offers an option for a refund to each and every customer that has bought an item from our store.
In order to receive a refund, you will first need to send back the item to our returning address. This is our address that can be found on our contact page or on the shipping package itself. The cost of the shipping will be yours to pay.
After a successful return, we will inspect the received goods for any visible damage and decide if the refund is accepted.
If everything looks the same as it was sold then you can expect to receive your full money back in the next 7 days.
Usually, refunds are paid out to the same payment processor but if that method is not available for you we can send you a coupon code that you can use in our store to buy any items not exceeding the price you initially paid for.
Canceled refunds are issued immediately and you will receive your item again back to your original shipping address.
